Terms of Use

Last updated: March 2026

These terms apply when you visit Clash Tutorials or use the guides, configuration examples, and download instructions provided here. Please read the following terms before using this content. If you do not agree, stop using the relevant features. These terms do not replace the software’s own license agreements or affect rights granted to you by applicable law.

1. Content and Scope

This site provides information on installing Clash ecosystem clients, importing subscriptions, configuring rules, and troubleshooting. The content is for educational and technical reference only. This is an independent tutorial site and is not affiliated with client developers, core maintainers, app stores, or network service providers.

Our guides are written for specific operating systems and software interfaces. Menu names, default settings, and configuration fields may change as projects are updated. Before following a guide, check whether it applies to your current client version. Configuration examples illustrate syntax; they may not work as-is on every device and do not constitute a promise of network service.

2. Lawful Use and User Responsibilities

You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and in your actual use context, as well as network policies and third-party service terms. Do not use this site or related software for illegal activities, including unauthorized system access, data theft, distributing unlawful content, disrupting network operations, or infringing others’ rights.

Before changing proxy, DNS, routing, or device permissions on a workplace, school, or other managed network, obtain any required authorization. You are responsible for determining whether your actions are lawful and comply with device management requirements, and for your configurations, access, and any resulting consequences.

Keep subscription URLs, account passwords, and access credentials secure. Remove sensitive information before submitting a support question or sharing logs. This site does not provide subscription accounts or guarantee the source, authorization, or continued availability of third-party subscriptions.

3. Software Sources and Limitations of Responsibility

Related open-source software is provided and maintained by its respective projects. Refer to each project’s documentation for its features, licensing, and support. Our download instructions and technical information do not constitute an endorsement or warranty of third-party software or services. Links, installation requirements, and software behavior may change as upstream projects are updated.

Back up your existing configuration and confirm how to restore it before changing settings, enabling TUN mode, installing helper services, or adjusting system network settings. After updating or uninstalling a client, check that system proxy and DNS settings have returned to the intended state to prevent leftover settings from disrupting your connection.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site makes no guarantees about the continued availability of its guides or third-party software, or their fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for network interruptions, configuration loss, data loss, or third-party service failures arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

4. Intellectual Property and Open-Source Licenses

The names, marks, code, and documentation of Clash, mihomo, and related clients belong to their respective rights holders. This site uses these names to identify products and explain how to use them; such use does not imply official affiliation or an exclusive license.

When downloading, modifying, or distributing open-source software, you must comply with the applicable project license, including any requirements to retain copyright notices, include license texts, or provide source code. Do not assume that one core’s license applies to every client or accompanying resource.

When citing original guides from this site, credit the source and preserve the original meaning. Third-party materials remain subject to their original licenses. Our curation and citations do not change ownership of those rights or grant permission beyond the scope of the applicable license.

5. Changes to These Terms and Support

We may update these terms as our content, the software ecosystem, or legal requirements change. Revised terms will be published on this page, and the date at the top will be updated. The new terms apply to relevant use after publication and do not retroactively diminish rights you have already acquired under applicable law.

For installation or configuration issues, first check the steps in Getting Started, then consult Troubleshooting to identify the cause. When reporting an issue, include the client name, operating system, and steps to reproduce it. Do not share complete subscription details or account information publicly. For software defects or questions about licensing, follow the relevant project’s published guidance.
